The Kia Soul EV, the all-electric version of the Kia Soul, is a very interesting model in the world of the "green" car. With its announced range of 383 kilometers, it allows you to take the road in complete peace of mind without fear of not having enough battery range.
The Kia Soul EV is available in two trim levels: Premium and Limited. The first is available for $44,505, the second for $53,505. Because of the base price, and the amount under $55,000 for the model, the vehicle is eligible for provincial and federal government rebates, for a total of $13,000.
With the Premium version, the vehicle comes with a multimedia interface displayed on a 10.25-inch screen that also includes navigation. UVO connected services are also included, as well as various integrations for smart phones, such as the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto applications.
With the Limited version, you can of course take advantage of all of this, but also of the conveniences that are normally reserved for luxury products. For example, the seats are both heated and ventilated and a head-up display system appears on the windshield. A high-end Harman/Kardon audio system is also on the menu, and the speakers even take on different lighting depending on the music being played.
The Soul has never done anything like the others, and that's fine.
And as far as driving is concerned, it's solid. Power is instantaneous, and the vehicle's low center of gravity, due to the presence of batteries, promotes good handling and excellent balance.
If you're looking for a different and unique electric vehicle, look no further.
